The work was intended for voice, flute, harp, piano, string quartet, plastic dance performer and was accompanied by a light part specially designed by P. P. Gaideburov, produced using a colour projector. The first performance of the work took place on May 23, 1919 on the stage of the State Mobile Theatre. N. N. Evreinov directed the production.
